With our built-in report scheduler, you can easily set-up our system to securely send your call centre inbound reports for each of your SMS fundraising and engagement campaigns.
Many charities do not have the time or resources to follow up with each of their supporters via phone call, so they outsource a call centre. We have an excellent feature on our platform that allows you to send inbound reports to the applicable third party.
Any campaign you have on your InstaGiv dashboard will have this tool. This will automatically send any selected contacts the required information. This is an effortless, seamless and efficient way of ensuring your call centre receives all supporter mobile numbers who have opted in, without anyone within the charity having to manually send anything.
Simple and straightforward
It’s straightforward so that you simply give your scheduled report a title, select the report type you would like to send i.e. donation data, address data or new records only, select the frequency, enter all contact email addresses and select your preferred send method. It sounds complicated but it’s really simple when you are using our dashboard.
You can either select the send to via FTP or email. All sent records will be password protected with a password that you choose and use via your platform.
It’s that simple and your call centre does not need access to your platform. All new records from live campaigns that are scheduled to be sent will be seen at the frequency you select, viewed by Microsoft Excel.
